Trustmoore announces leadership changes to drive next phase of growth by appointing Wouter Plantenga as its new CEO

Welcome Wouter Plantenga

July 9, 2025

As part of its long-term strategy, Trustmoore has been actively expanding its leadership team and enhancing its Executive Board to ensure continuity and strengthen its commitment to value creation.

A critical element of our strategy is strengthening our leadership. We are pleased to announce that Wouter Plantenga will become the new Chief Executive Officer of Trustmoore on July 15, 2025. With deep expertise in the global funds & corporate services industry Wouter brings over 20 years of experience, most recently as Chief Business Development Officer for North America at JTC. His track record in driving organic growth, his experience with inorganic growth through M&A, combined with his collaborative style, his global perspective, and broad operational expertise, is well aligned with our company values and next phase of growth.

Wouter will join our Executive Board which consists of the following Executive Board Members:

  • Vincent van Pampus (CFO), responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, and post-deal integration;
  • Pauline Wolf (CPO), leading our global people strategy to support growth;
  • Tessa van Dijk (Global General Counsel), overseeing legal, compliance, and risk across the Group.

While the Executive Board manages the day-to-day operations, three Senior Advisors have been appointed to drive the Group's long-term strategic direction alongside the Executive Board:

  • Roland Beunis focuses on driving innovation across the Group. In addition, he plays an active role in business development, manages strategic client relationships and M&A transactions.
  • Timothe Fuchs is responsible for the development of the Fund Services. He drives commercial expansion in this area through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions, while maintaining strong client engagement.
  • Steven Melkman sets the overall strategic investment agenda for the Group and works closely with the executive board on the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities.

These changes mark a significant milestone in Trustmoore’s management owned journey, which started in 2005, building on our strong governance and solid track record of long-term, consistent performance and value creation.
