RESPONSIBILITIES
Tessa van Dijk joined Trustmoore in December 2012 as a legal account manager at the Curaçao office. After almost five years in Curaçao, Tessa relocated to the Netherlands office in 2017, where she became Global Head of Legal.As of 2025 she has joined our Executive Board as Chief Legal Officer.

FOCUS
In her role as Chief Legal Officer her main focus is the legal affairs of Trustmoore Group, next to that she also consults on clients with a more complex structure.

EDUCATION
Tessa earned her degree in corporate law from the University of Groningen, NL and later earned her post-graduate degree as a corporate lawyer at the Radbout University of Nijmegen, NL (SBB). In 2018 she earned her second post-graduate degree ‘Corporate law’ at Grotius Academy.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Tessa started her career as a legal consultant for one of the ‘Big Four’ accountancy firms, where she developed a passion for corporate law and drafting complex contracts.

Throughout her career, Tessa has been involved in educating and sharing legal knowledge. She has taught law at both the University of Groningen and the Hanzehogeschool Groningen and was associated with corporate educational programs. Tessa is the co-author of a book on written legal communication, which is used in many universities in the Netherlands.
