Information about a recent cybersecurity incident

Trustmoore Luxembourg S.A. ("TMLU") is issuing this notice to clients, business partners and other potentially concerned individuals about an ongoing investigation into a recent cybersecurity incident. The information below reflects what is known as of 6 August 2026 and will be updated as further facts are confirmed.

On 29 July 2026, TMLU's security monitoring flagged unauthorised access to one TMLU Microsoft 365 email account. The systems and procedures we have in place allowed us to act quickly and the account was promptly secured, its credentials were reset and active sessions were revoked. Our IT and data privacy teams immediately took the necessary steps to contain the incident and reported it to the appropriate Luxembourg regulatory bodies. Enhanced monitoring remains in place and we are now following the next part of our process to notify those involved.

The compromised account contained business correspondence and may have included names, business contact details, email addresses and personal information. We are currently going through all the exposed data to understand in exact detail if any of the aforementioned information has indeed been compromised and if so, to what extent. If your contact information was affected, we will reach out to you directly through your regular Trustmoore contact.

Incidents like this carry risk of phishing and/or impersonation attempts, including messages from someone pretending to be a Trustmoore employee. We ask you to notify us through your regular Trustmoore contact if you receive anything that seems suspicious.

TMLU is always reviewing and updating its forensic and data-protection assessments and is fulfilling all notification obligations under the applicable data-protection and cybersecurity laws. Where required, affected individuals will be contacted directly.
