Trustmoore, an international fund and corporate services provider, today announces the acquisition of AssetCare, an innovative fundtech platform for fund and investor administration. The acquisition supports Trustmoore’s strategy to further strengthen its Fund Services proposition through selective, targeted add-on acquisitions that enhance service quality, scalability and client experience. AssetCare will continue to operate under its own brand, with two of their current board members and co-founders remaining on the board, ensuring continuity of leadership.

By integrating AssetCare’s fundtech platform into the Trustmoore Group, Trustmoore strengthens its ability to deliver efficient, transparent and scalable fund services across their jurisdictions. The platform combines modern technology with deep human domain expertise and incorporates smart data flows and applied AI capabilities into core fund services workflows.
In combination with Trustmoore’s established closed-ended fund and SPV capabilities, and their Luxembourg 3rd party AIFM & Management Company services, this further enhances the Group’s ability to support fund managers across the full lifecycle of their fund structures. The acquisition of AssetCare aligns with Trustmoore’s long-term ambition to build a stronger, more integrated services platform, capable of supporting clients as their structures, regulatory requirements and cross-border activities grow in complexity.
