RESPONSIBILITIES
Yuxuan assists clients in implementing and administrating Luxembourg fund structures and holding companies, including all aspects of company secretarial matters, such as preparing agendas, collating and distributing board packs, shareholder meetings, and drafting all kinds of minutes and legal documents.
FOCUS
She focuses on Corporate Services with all aspects of company secretarial matters.
EDUCATION
Yuxuan graduated from Neoma Business school in France in 2024 with a Master’s degree in Finance, Investment and Wealth Management.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore Group, she completed internships at EY as a Financial Risk Management Consultant and at Xiaomi France as a Finance Business Partner, where she was responsible for overseeing internal controls, analyzing risk assessments and supporting corporate finance operations.
