RESPONSIBILITIES
Tiffany de Freitas Brás joined our Curaçao team in 2024 as a Legal and Compliance Assistant and was promoted to Compliance Officer in 2026. In this role, she supports the company’s regulatory functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. She is dedicated to maintaining regulatory integrity and operational efficiency through effective compliance processes.
Tiffany is responsible for assisting with all compliance-related matters concerning our clients. She is actively involved in the relevant compliance aspects of creating and maintaining client relationships, including onboarding new clients, performing risk assessments, conducting due diligence, and carrying out ongoing KYC and monitoring tasks.
Through her work, Tiffany contributes to maintaining strong compliance frameworks and ensuring that the company’s operations align with regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
WORK EXPERIENCE
Tiffany began her professional journey with internships at BearingPoint Caribbean (now Blyce), where she gained hands-on experience in legal matters, and Seguros Brouwer Curaçao, where she worked in compliance. After graduating in 2024, she joined Trustmoore, bringing her passion for law and regulatory affairs into a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
