RESPONSIBILITIES
Shilpa Rohira joined Trustmoore Ireland in May 2025 as a Company Secretary. She is responsible for providing company secretarial and corporate governance support to operational companies and capital Markets structures, assisting boards and shareholders with the organization of meetings and minute-taking, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations under the Companies Act 2014, managing CRO filings and statutory registers, and acting as a key point of coordination between stakeholders.
FOCUS
Shilpa manages entities across their full corporate lifecycle, from incorporation and ongoing governance compliance to eventual wind-down processes, ensuring adherence to the Companies Act 2014.
EDUCATION
Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and has completed the professional qualification of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (formerly ICSA). She is also a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She secured All India Rank (AIR) 10 in the Foundation Program of the Company Secretary course in India.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Shilpa served as a Client Account Manager within the Capital Markets and Transaction Services team at TMF Group. In this role, she managed a portfolio of clients and supported a range of corporate and transactional matters. Before her promotion, she was a Senior Client Administrator within the same department.
Earlier in her career in India, after completing the Company Secretary course, she began her professional journey as a Company Secretary Trainee. She subsequently joined TMF Group as an Executive in 2019 within the Global Entity Management team and was later promoted to Senior Executive, gaining experience in company secretarial matters and international corporate structures.
