RESPONSIBILITIES
Ranusha Ramphal joined Trustmoore in December 2024 as a Legal Account Manager in the Capital Markets team based in the United Kingdom.

FOCUS
She primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive corporate governance and legal compliance support to Trustmoore’s Capital Markets clients.

EDUCATION
Ranusha holds a master’s degree in private law from the University of Amsterdam and a master’s degree in international financial law from King’s College London. She has also passed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination to become a solicitor in England and Wales.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, Ranusha worked in the legal team of a fast-growing London based Fintech where she gained experience in structured finance transactions and corporate governance. Prior to working in London, she was based in Amsterdam where she interned at various corporate law firms.
