RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Country Head for Luxembourg, Paulo is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of Trustmoore’s Luxembourg office. His role involves:
- Strategic Leadership: Driving the next phase of growth in one of Trustmoore’s key global markets.
- Growth & Expansion: Overseeing organic growth initiatives, expanding the Funds offering, and scaling Capital Markets and Corporate Client capabilities.
- M&A and Partnerships: Identifying and executing selective partnership and bolt-on acquisition opportunities to enhance service depth and scale.

Paulo’s focus is on delivering a “global boutique” experience, combining the personal, tailored approach Trustmoore is known for with the robust capabilities of a global service provider. He is dedicated to making our enhanced proposition the premier choice for managers and investors in the Luxembourg market, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments with speed and confidence.
EDUCATION
Paulo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Sacred Heart University.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Paulo has over 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services sector. Before joining Trustmoore, he held high-level leadership positions at prominent fund administrators, where he was instrumental in operational excellence and driving market growth.
