RESPONSIBILITIES
Olivier Lansac joined the Trustmoore Group in 2024. He is Client Director of the Capital Markets team in Luxembourg.

He leads a team dedicated to the provision of corporate services to Luxembourg securitization undertakings, regulated and unregulated, in a wide array of asset-backed securities transactions, including structured products, residential/commercial mortgage-backed securities, collateralized loan/debt/bond obligations, receivables, distressed debt, private debt and medium-term note programs.

FOCUS
Olivier focuses on client development for Capital Markets in Luxembourg and ensures that the accounting and reporting activities are completed in a timely and accurate matter.

EDUCATION
Olivier holds one master’s degrees in law from the Paris II -Panthéon-Assas and one master’s degrees in bank, finance and insurance from the University of Nanterre.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Olivier has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in Luxembourg and 7 years of experience in the Structured Finance & Capital Markets industry focusing on transaction management and business development.

Before Trustmoore, Olivier worked with other corporate service providers in similar roles and also in a major Luxembourg bank where he led a corporate service team in the fund administration sector.
