RESPONSIBILITIES
Maya Nikolova joined our team in Bulgaria in November 2024 as Investor Relations Officer in our global Fund Services team.
She is responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new investors across different alternative investment funds. This includes carrying out KYC and various procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, she provides operational support for tasks such as redemptions, drawdowns, and distributions while ensuring that investor records are consistently maintained and updated.

FOCUS
Maya’s focus lies in providing excellent support to our clients with investor services. She collaborates with our global Fund Services teams in the Netherlands to ensure that we meet all compliance and international regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION
Maya graduated with a degree in Economics of Infrastructure from the University of National and World Economy.

WORK EXPERIENCE
While attending university Maya worked as Selling Manager at Kaufland. Following her graduation, she gained several years of experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining Trustmoore, Maya was part of the Fund Administrator – Transfer Agency team for Malta in Apex Fund Services, and also served as an AML analyst within the AML team at AML RightSource.
