RESPONSIBILITIES
Leonore Boer joined Trustmoore in 2011 as a Financial Account manager in our Curaçao office. She was subsequently promoted to Senior Financial Account Manager, and in 2023 she joined the Internal Finance department as Finance Manager, where she was promoted to Head of Finance & Control in 2024. Her responsibilities further grew in 2025 when she joined the Management Team of Curaçao.

FOCUS

In her current role as Head of Finance & Control Leonore is responsible for the Internal Finance department in Curaçao as well as a part of the global internal financial reporting. 
In her years as a senior financial account manager Leonore also gained extensive experience with private clients.  

EDUCATION
She earned her degree in economics from the H.E.S. Amsterdam School of Business in 2002.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Leonore gained her first experience in the finance sector in 2002, when she joined a small bookkeeping office.

In 2005, she left to join an investment company, where she was Fund Controller for a daily tradable real estate fund. After two and a half years with the company, she moved on to one of the world’s leading media companies to become a Business Analyst. This was her last role before relocating to Curaçao to join the Trustmoore Group in 2011.
