Josephine Eiserman

RESPONSIBILITIES
Josephine Eiserman joined Trustmoore Luxembourg in 2024 as Director Business Development and Client Director Fund Services. In this role she is responsible for driving growth initiatives and managing client relationships with a particular focus on the Nordic region. She works closely with fund managers, investors and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored fund services solutions, combining commercial insight with a strong commitment to client experience.

FOCUS
Together with her team, she is focused on growing Fund Services in Luxembourg, covering both AIFMD and Central Administration solutions.

EDUCATION
Josephine holds a Bachelor of Philosophy with a specialization in European Studies and International Relations from Linnaeus University in Växjö, Sweden. Prior to joining Trustmoore, she held several advisory and consultancy roles within financial services, supporting fund structures, investor onboarding, and operational set-ups across Luxembourg and international markets. She has also been involved in female focused investment initiatives and early-stage sustainability projects, bringing a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach to business development and client servicing.

Additionally, she holds a degree in French language studies from the Universite de Mont Blanch, Savoie.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Josephine brings extensive experience from her long tenure at The Citco Group Limited, where she spent more than 15 years and progressed to Vice President. In this multi-faceted leadership role, she led an Investor Relations teams, oversaw complex client relationships and reporting frameworks, and drove operational improvements across departments. Her background spans private equity, real estate, fund of funds and hybrid fund structures, giving her a well-rounded understanding of fund operations and investor expectations.
