RESPONSIBILITIES
Johnny Haywood joined Trustmoore Amsterdam in March 2020 as a working student in the compliance team. After seven months, he transitioned to the position of Junior Legal Account Manager in the Capital Markets team. In January 2023, he advanced to his current role as a Legal Account Manager. Between 2023 and 2024, Johnny relocated to our Singapore Office, where he contributed to our Capital Markets and Fund Services teams and expanded his financial and legal knowledge.

Johnny’s responsibilities include maintaining regular client contact, handling compliance tasks, documenting for clients, and supporting business development.

FOCUS
He focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring that the clients in his portfolio comply with the latest legislation and legal procedures.
His legal and financial background allows him to support all aspects of the client life cycle, from initial onboarding and KYC requests to legal changes for special purpose vehicle (SPV) structures and the associated financial transactions and fund structures.

EDUCATION
He obtained his LLB – Law with an honors degree from the University of Liverpool in England and a master’s degree in law and finance from the University of Amsterdam.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, Johnny completed internships at Criddle & Co, a commodities trading entity, and pro-bono work at a family law office in the UK.
