RESPONSIBILITIES
Isabella joined Trustmoore in September 2023 as a P&C intern while completing her bachelor’s degree and wrote her research thesis on relocation within Trustmoore. After her internship she joined the marketing team as Junior Project Manager where she is responsible for the daily operations of marketing and communication activities for the group.
FOCUS
She manages different marketing projects and focuses on the internal and external communication of Trustmoore’s story and culture. Additionally, she works with the P&C team to onboard new team members.
EDUCATION
Isabella has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool the Hague, and is currently pursuing a master’s in Culture, Organization and Management at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Isabella worked in different hospitality establishments and as a Duty Manager at the training and study hotel of Hotelschool the Hague.
