RESPONSIBILITIES
Bella joined Trustmoore Netherlands in December 2025 as an Investor Relations Officer within the Fund Services team.
She supports clients across the lifecycle of their funds, including fund launches, capital calls, and distributions. She serves as a primary point of contact for investors, overseeing the timely and accurate processing of investor onboarding and related transactions.
In this role, she is responsible for the delivery of investor services and for ensuring that clients adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, as well as internal administrative, operational, and compliance procedures.
FOCUS
Bella is focused on developing a comprehensive understanding of her clients’ investment strategies in order to provide consistent, long-term support. By managing legal, corporate, and compliance-related matters, she enables clients to concentrate on the performance and strategic development of their funds.
EDUCATION
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She has also completed certifications in project management, team leadership, and business management. She is currently undertaking the Holland Quaestor Trust Officer qualification.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Bella began her career as an Investment Analyst at New Zealand Growth Capital Partners (NZGCP), the New Zealand government’s venture capital fund. She subsequently transitioned into legal practice, joining a boutique law firm specialising in venture capital and private equity, where she applied her investment background within a legal context.
She later worked at a generalist law firm, advising on mergers and acquisitions, as well as a range of corporate and commercial matters. Following this, she undertook a period of international travel and volunteer work before relocating to Amsterdam.
