RESPONSIBILITIES
Louis Gray joined the Trustmoore Group in September 2022 as Senior Legal Account Manager in the United Kingdom. In 2025, he became Managing Director of Trustmoore’s UK office.
He is responsible for overseeing all legal, company secretarial, and administrative matters of a fast-growing client portfolio of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and other entities, as well as managing relationships with clients and their legal advisors.

FOCUS
Louis supports a broad base of Capital Markets, Fund Services and Corporate Clients with their corporate administration and trustee/agency requirements in the UK.

EDUCATION
Louis read Law at the University of Oxford.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining our team, Louis worked in London for several European, American and Asian corporate service providers. He worked as the EMEA Development Manager for CT Corporation, a business unit of Wolters Kluwer, as a Global Partnerships Senior Manager at weConnect and as a Senior Client Manager at Amesto.
