Appointment strengthens Trustmoore’s Capital Markets presence in a core strategic market.
Trustmoore, a global boutique provider of legal, financial administration, and management services, has appointed Luis Rebelo as Head of Capital Markets for Luxembourg, effective 1 July 2026. Luis brings three decades of experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry and will lead the growth of Trustmoore’s Capital Markets activities in one of the group’s key markets.
In his new role, Luis will lead the team that delivers corporate services to regulated and unregulated Luxembourg securitization vehicles across a broad range of asset-backed transactions. He will also expand Trustmoore’s Capital Markets offering and grow the firm’s presence in the Luxembourg market.
Luis has held leadership roles across fund administration, operations and capital markets, which gives him deep knowledge of the Luxembourg market and the people in it. In recent years he has focused on structured finance and capital markets, with particular attention to transaction management and business development. He is an active member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), where he contributes to working groups that promote Luxembourg as a leading international financial center and support the development of its capital markets industry.
