RESPONSIBILITIES
Silvia joined Trustmoore Bulgaria in November 2025 as Junior Compliance Monitoring Analyst. Her daily work responsibilities include reviewing client files, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory standards. Utilizing psychological analysis and criminal profiling techniques to detect, analyse and prevent fraudulent activities and money laundering.
FOCUS
Her primary focus is overseeing strict adherence to international regulatory frameworks by monitoring and detecting compliance related risks.
EDUCATION
She is currently obtaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Burgas Free University in Burgas, Bulgaria. Additionally, Silvia has also completed a Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking course at SoftUni in Sofia, Bulgaria. Her expertise further extends to certified in ISO 27001 and network fundamentals to psychology meaning that she loves figuring out how to protect systems by understanding how people think.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Before joining Trustmoore, she was a compliance specialist at AMATAS, where she worked against cybercrime by developing and implementing security policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements such as ISO27001, NIST, NIS 2, SOC and DORA. She was responsible for conducting live audits to ensure these policies were being followed in practice. Additionally, she has completed an IT internship at Telelink Business Services.
Alongside her work, she is part of Women4Cyber Bulgaria, where she manages an active community of women by helping them to foster their talent in technical or technical-related careers and CyberClub Bulgaria, where she educates children about online safety.
