RESPONSIBILITIES
Sean Kinsella joined our Netherlands office in February 2025 as a Legal Account Manager within the Corporate Services team. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day legal affairs of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), with a particular focus on portfolios serving Private Equity and Real Estate clients.
Drawing on his combined legal and financial expertise, Sean provides comprehensive support throughout the full lifecycle of client structures. His responsibilities include managing the KYC processes, advising on legal and regulatory developments affecting SPV frameworks, and coordinating the execution of high-value transactions within complex fund structures.
FOCUS
Sean is responsible for managing client relationships across a portfolio of high-value SPV structures, providing ongoing oversight to ensure continuous compliance with evolving legislative, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, while acting as a key point of contact for legal and compliance matters.
EDUCATION
Sean holds a Bachelor of Civil Law with a Minor in History from University College Dublin, and a Master of Laws in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Sean worked as a Legal Officer with TMF Netherlands and gained experience in the Fintech industry as a Fraud Specialist with Bunq Neobank in Amsterdam.
