RESPONSIBILITIES
Keith Morgan joined the Irish Capital Markets team as a Legal Account Manager in September 2025, he has been responsible for the day-day legal, compliance and administrative management of a portfolio of SPVs. His responsibilities include maintaining each entity’s good legal standing, coordinating incorporations, bank accounts, filings and KYC, and liaising with clients and external advisors. He also reviews transaction documents to ensure they meet Irish legal and compliance requirements. Additionally, he supports corporate governance processes and contributes to strong client relationships and the growth of the Irish office.
FOCUS
Keith manages the legal, compliance and transactional needs of Irish SPVs, ensuring all structures and documentation meet Irish regulatory and client requirements.
EDUCATION
Keith holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management & Corporate Governance from Ulster University, a BCL in Law & Society from Dublin City University, and an Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies from Dublin Business School.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Keith has developed strong expertise in Irish capital markets through his role as Associate Transaction Manager at CSC Global, where he supported boards, prepared governance materials and oversaw the lifecycle of SPVs in line with Irish legal and compliance requirements.
He also managed Section 110 structures, assisting with financing transactions, and collaborated with tax advisors, auditors, and legal counsel to ensure accurate reporting and strong governance.
Prior to Keith’s promotion, he was also an Assistant Relationship Manager at CSC Global, where he managed statutory obligations, maintained corporate records, and he supported board and shareholder processes.
Earlier in his career, he worked at TMF Group as a Client Account Administrator, supporting compliance frameworks, coordinating KYC requirements, and assisting with incorporations and corporate governance tasks.
