RESPONSIBILITIES
Sofiya Valcheva joined Trustmoore Bulgaria in March 2025 as Office Manager. She is responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating a wide range of facility, HR, and office-related processes in the Bulgarian office. Her role covers event organization, international travel arrangements, and management support. In addition, Sofiya supports HR coordination through onboarding and internal initiatives.

FOCUS
As part of the office management team, Sofiya ensures the smooth daily functioning of the Sofia office, providing both operational support and a positive work environment. In cooperation with her colleagues worldwide, she contributes to aligning and enhancing Trustmoore’s global operational standards.

EDUCATION
Sofiya holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Finance from VUZF University. She also obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and Human Resources at the same university. Her academic background combines business and people-oriented expertise, which supports her role in both office management and HR-related responsibilities.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Sofiya has a diverse professional background, mainly focused on organization and event coordination. Her experience spans areas such as event management, HR, and startups, complemented by active involvement in volunteering. These fields reflect her passions and continue to shape her professional journey.
