RESPONSIBILITIES
Bariscan Kunduracilar  joined Trustmoore Netherlands as Legal Account Manager in July 2024.
In his current role, he is responsible for a portfolio of clients, assisting with corporate matters, ranging from day-to-day transactions to structural changes, while also ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations.

FOCUS
Bariscan supports his clients in all legal, corporate and compliance matters, maintaining a hands-on mentality to ensure they can focus on growing their businesses.

EDUCATION
Bariscan earned his bachelor’s degree in Law from Istanbul University in Turkey and he earned his master’s degree in international business law from Tilburg University in Netherlands.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Trustmoore, Bariscan gained valuable experience in corporate law and compliance. He began his legal career in Turkey and later served as a Company Lawyer at PraxisIFM.
