Marzena Paillardon joined our Luxembourg office in its startup stage in 2012 as a legal account manager. Since 2023, she has been a member of the local management and a conducting officer responsible for compliance of Trustmoore Luxembourg
FOCUS
She focuses on AML/CFT and compliance framework, corporate governance as well as legal and compliance risks.
EDUCATION
Marzena earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and obtained professional certifications in Luxembourg corporate law. She also holds a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Marzena is a legal professional with 12 years of work experience in the financial services industry. She started her career in company law in a small law firm and worked for a multinational corporate and fund services provider – Trident Trust, in Cyprus before relocating to Luxembourg. Throughout her career in corporate and fund services, she managed portfolios of companies of corporate clients (PE/RE) and high net worth individuals.
