Legal Entities

We will incorporate any type of legal entity -company, foundation, partnership- in the jurisdiction(s) of your choice. With either one of our companies as incorporator, or another trust services provider from within our network. We will liaise with the public notary, with local authorities, get the licenses and registration and open a bank account in its name if so desired.

We will also assist with all documentation to enable the structure to fulfill its purpose. If it is a holding structure, we will make sure that all assets are being transferred in to the structure in the legally correct manner. If the company is a fund, we will assist the client in reviewing the fund's documentation and the internal organization of the fund. If it is an e-commerce company, we will help the client with getting your e-zone license, and the co-location.
